Refund policy

At Cape Collectives, we offer a 14-day return or exchange policy from the date your items are received. Please note that all exchanges are subject to stock availability.

All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds or exchanges will not be granted if items show any signs of wear, stains, or odour.

We do not offer free returns. All return shipments are sent at the customer’s own risk. We strongly recommend using a tracked and/or signed-for service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
